What We Do
- Network & Security: Our team manages the school’s network infrastructure, safeguarding it against cyber threats to protect your data and privacy.
- Wi-Fi Management: We oversee the school’s Wi-Fi networks to ensure fast, reliable, and secure internet access throughout the campus. Our goal is to keep everyone connected, whether in the classroom, library, or common areas.
- System Management: From maintaining servers and databases to managing software licenses, we ensure that all systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Database Management: Our team manages student information systems, ensuring that data is accurately maintained, securely stored, and seamlessly flows from one system to another. We work to ensure that critical information is reliable, accessible, and protected. Additionally, we retrieve and run queries on data to support decision-making, reporting, and daily operations within the school.
- Hardware Management: We handle the setup, maintenance, and repair of all hardware devices, including computers, laptops, printers, projectors, interactive whiteboards, sound systems, and more. From ensuring classrooms are equipped with the latest technology to managing device inventory and maintenance schedules, we keep the school’s technology running smoothly.
- Support & Troubleshooting: We provide prompt assistance to resolve technical issues, ensuring that technology enhances rather than hinders the educational experience.
