Senior College Corner

June 7, 2021 -

Dear Class of 2021 and Parents,
Congratulations on your graduation! We are so proud of all that you have achieved! Now it’s time for a new chapter and we are excited to hear what unfolds for each and every one of you! As always, we remain available to you for any conversations and questions as you prepare to begin your gap year or first semester of college.
We have a few last things to ask of you:
Senior Survey
To ensure that your final high school transcript is sent to the ONE college at which you enroll, all seniors must complete the Senior Survey on Naviance ASAP. The deadline was May 20, 2021.
Survey Instructions: Please login to your Naviance account, click the “About Me” tab in the upper right of your screen → “My Surveys” → "Surveys Not Started" for “Senior Survey 2021.”
  • It will take about 10 minutes. Seniors who do not complete the survey will not receive their diploma or a final transcript to your college.
  • Need help logging in to Naviance? See Mrs. Kuznicki!
Final Transcripts
Final transcripts will be sent as soon as they are available to colleges and universities for all students who have graduated, completed their senior survey, and are in good standing with the school. Thank you for your patience as you receive constant reminders from the college you plan to attend.
Sending AP Scores
Please remember: If you want to send AP exam results to your college, you must do so through the College Board here. You have until June 20 to indicate which school you want your scores to be sent for free. This score report includes results for all AP exams you have taken (this year and previous years). There is a $15 fee for each score report request after June 20.
Transferring Your Files
Important reminder: Your school email account will be closed in August. Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to access any emails or Google Drive files associated with your school account.
To ensure that you don’t lose your Google Drive files and emails etc. please follow these simple steps to receive an export of your school emails and Google files. Please do not wait until the last minute to do this!
Up to six hours after you complete the export process, you will get an email with a download link when the export is completed. Save this link and the files associated with it in a safe place (your personal Google Drive or a flash drive).
VERY IMPORTANT: Don’t forget to check all of your internet accounts (e.g. iCloud, Google Play, Uber, Spotify, etc.) to ensure that they are not using your school email address. If they are, change your profile to use your non-Flatbush email on each of those accounts as well. Also, be sure to verify that the college where you have enrolled (or deferred enrollment) has your personal email address on file (as opposed to your Flatbush email). If you have any questions, email Ms. Lamm at or Rabbi Kramer at
Jewish Learning Initiatives on Campus (JLIC)
OU-JLIC educators strive to enhance the learning opportunities available to students, and also to bolster an infrastructure for Orthodox life to flourish. They offer weekly Shiurim and classes, bring guest speakers and events to campus, and make key Orthodox necessities, such as Kashrut, Chagim and Shabbat, easier to observe and more meaningful. Click here to see if your campus is one with a JLIC couple. If so, we encourage you to connect with the JLIC couple by joining the WhatsApp group (i.e. completing the Google form).
This is your final College Corner!
We wish you all the best and hope you will stay in touch!

Rabbi Schwartz, and Mrs. Kuznicki
