With school open and students back in the buildings, many of our students have been inquiring about our Athletic program - will we have one, what will it look like, when and where will tryouts/practices be held? All excellent questions. Thankfully, in late August the Flatbush Medical Advisory Committee met and gave the go-ahead to begin putting together a Fall athletics program - to be conducted in accordance with the parameters set by the Governor's Office of the State of New York for intramural and interscholastic activities.

Middle School Basketball playoffs were nearing their finales and High School Spring sports were just getting underwy, with seasons filled with promise for a number of Falcon teams favored to challenge for top spots in the League. Then the global pandemic hit, and everything came to a crashing halt.

The Flatbush JV Girls Basketball Team opened the post-season on Tuesday night (2/11) for the Falcons, defeating the Ramaz Rams by 20+ points and advancing to the Semi-Finals of the MYHSAL Playoffs with the win at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV & Varsity Girls Volleyball Teams closed out the 2019-20 regular season in style on Wednesday night (2/5), sweeping a doubleheader from the North Shore Stars, with the two squads each winning in straight sets at the Long Island school in Great Neck, NY.

On Thursday, January 30, 2020, the Yeshivah of Flatbush turned the Barclays Center into a “Falcons Nest” for the night! The High School’s Girls and Boys Varsity Basketball teams traveled across the Borough to the Atlantic Avenue home of the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets where they took on MYHSAL rival HAFTR Hawks.

The Flatbush Varsity wrestlers got their first competition action under their belts on Wednesday night (1/29) when they hosted a tri-meet, welcoming competitors from DRS and Madison HS, with the Falcons going 4-1 in their five bouts on the evening at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Boys & Girls Cross Country teams concluded the Fall 20129 season Sunday afternoon (11/10) with the running of the MYHSAL Cross Country Championships at Van Cortlandt Park's Cross Country Course in the Bronx, NY.

The Flatbush Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball teams opened their respective regular seasons this week (10/29 & 10/30), with each team spotting their North Shore opponents double digit leads only to see solid 4th quarter runs bring each team close only to fall to the Stars in the end at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV Boys Hockey team opened the 2019-20 season on Monday night (10/28), and jumped out to the early 1-0 lead against the SAR Sting. But, 3 unanswered third period goals from the visitors left Flatbush on the wrong end of a 5-2 score at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Boys varsity Flag Football team kicked off the 2019-20 Mesivta Football League season early Sunday afternoon (10/27), taking on Mesivta Netzach Hatorah in the first of four League games, and were denied a late-game comeback falling to Netzach by a final score of 25-13 at the Lawrence HS Turf Field in Cedarhurst, NY.

After a two-year hiatus, Ice Hockey is making a return to team competition at Yehsivah of Flatbush, as the team held it's first practice on Saturday night (10/26) at Aviator Sports and Events Center at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams took their first strides in competition in the 2019 Fall season on Sunday afternoon (10/6), as a handful of runners represented the Falcons and turned in a pair of personal best times in the MYHSAL's meet at Branch Brook Park in Newark, NJ.

MANDATORY - the Flatbush Athletic Department is holding a mandatory orientation program on Monday night, October 7th, for all student-athletes who are presently on an active Fall/Winter JV or Varsity roster or who expect to be on a team in the Spring season as well.

The Flatbush Varsity Boys Boys Basketball team got the 2019-20 campaign underway on Thursday night (10/3) when they took on the HAFTR Hawks in the opening game of the 2019 Magen David Yeshivah Pre-Season Tournament. And, though the Falcons fell to the Hawks in the game, it provided the coaches and the players with valuable experience as they get ready to challenge for the MYHSAL Championship.

A new Flatbush Athletic season took its first steps on Wednesday evening (9/4) as three of the school's Varsity teams conducted their initial tryouts in different gyms across the Yeshivah's two campuses in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Girls Basketball Program got an early taste of competition on Monday evening (8/26) when they took on a group of returning Hillel Yeshivah ballplayers as the two squads battled to a tie on the refurbished court on the Hillel campus near the Jersey Shore in Ocean, NJ.

The Flatbush Girls Basketball Program recorded a first on Wednesday evening (8/21) when Falcon Hoops hopefuls gathered near the Jersey Shore and joined Coaches Mizrahi and Horowitz for a pre-season summer workout in advance of the 2019-20 season in Oakhurst, NJ.

Summertime is an opportunity for a break from the bustle and intensity of the everyday challenges of school, but it is also an opportunity to hone skills outside of the classroom - and for many Flatbush student-athletes it is the right time to work on their athletic skills., Earlier this week, Head Boys Basketball Coach Michael Gurock made a visit to Seneca Lake Camp to check in on a number of his Falcon basketball players at the upstate New York summer camp.

For High School students, summertime relaxation generally comes hand-in-hand with summer schoolwork in preparation for the upcoming school year, and that has proved no different for the boys hoping to secure a spot with the Flatbush Varsity Basketball Program. A select number of student-athletes from the 2018-19 program joined their coaches in honing their skills and challenging some of the local schoolboy programs on the Jersey Shore at the 2019 Monmouth University Boys Basketball Team Camp from June 24-28 on the Hawks campus in West Long Branch, NJ.

The Athletic Seasons may be over, but Flatbush Falcon athletes never stop! Even though interscholastic competition will not return for almost three months, the Falcon football players were on the field and in action Sunday afternoon (6/16) with two separate teams taking part in the Inaugural Kids of Courage Flag Football Tournament at the Lawrence High School in Cedarhurst, NY.

The Flatbush Athletic Department held its annual Middle Division Athletic Awards Dinner on Wednesday evening (6/12), gathering in the Elementary School Auditorium to share reflections on the training sessions, competitions and achievements of the 2018-2019 school year, while enjoying a sumptuous dinner with their teammates and coaches at the Yeshivah of Flatbush Elementary School in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Tennis Team fell two games shy of its second championship in three years, dropping the decisive 2nd Doubles match by the slimmest of margins in falling to the Heschel Heat 3-2 on Sunday night (6/2) in the finals of the 2019 MYHSAL Tennis Championships at the UN National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Baseball Team saw its playoff run end just is got underway as the Falcons fell to the TABC Storm in the opening round of the MYHSAL Playoffs on Friday afternoon (5/31) by a score of 10-0 at Overpeck Park in Teaneck, New Jersey.

The Flatbush Girls and Boys Track & Field Teams dominated the sprint events at the 3rd MYHSAL Track & Field Championships on Thursday night (5/30), with Falcons taking the top spots in both the boys and girls 55m dash and the Long Jump, and that – along with top finishes for the girls in the Shot Put – secured a 3rd consecutive MYHSAL Championship for the Flatbush Girls at the Armory Track in the Fort Washington neighborhood of New York City.

With dominant performance on back-to-back nights, the Flatbush Varsity Boys Tennis team closed out an undefeated regular season with a 5-0 win over the HANC Hurricanes on Monday night (5/20) then turned around and topped the Ramaz Rams the following night (5/21) by a score of 4-1 in the semifinal round of the MYHSAL Playoffs, with both wins coming on the outdoor courts at the United States National Tennis Center in Flushing, Queens, NY.

The Flatbush Girls & Boys Track & Field Teams hit the ground running – and jumping and throwing – at the first ever indoor meet in League history on Tuesday night (5/14) as the Falcons saw the girls finish first and the boys take second overall out of nine MYHSAL schools in the final regular season tune up at the famed Armory Track in Upper Manhattan, NY before the MYHSAL Championships next week.

It's simple math, really. Four straight home wins to open the schedule followed by four straight road wins to close the slate sealed an 8-0 record in the regular season, and you just cannot do any better than that! The Flatbush Boys Varsity Volleyball Team completed a clean sweep of the 2019 regular season, capping it with a 3-1 win over the Frisch Cougars on Thursday night (5/9) in Paramus, NJ, securing one of thee two top seeds in the MYHSAL Playoffs which will get underway next week.

The Flatbush Girls Varsity Soccer Team closed out the 2019 season - and the Seniors' Falcon careers - with a big win on Monday night (5/6), erasing a 3-goal deficit to defeat the visiting Wildcats from the Westchester Hebrew High School by a score of 6-4 at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Girls Varsity Hockey Team’s season came to an end on Monday night (5/6), and though the loss to the HANC Hurricanes at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY brought an end to the three-year careers of the team’s Senior players, the graduating Falcons leave a legacy of commitment and energetic play that will infuse the program as it continues to move forward.

The Flatbush Boys and Girls Varsity Tennis Teams each earned wins on Monday night (5/6) at the United States National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY; the boys defeated the Rambam Ravens 5-0 and the girls defeated the Central Wildcats 4-1. The win for the boys guaranteed they will finish atop the Eastern Division of the MYHSAL while the girls victory meant the best they can do is finish the season in a tie with HAFTR for the second best record in the East.

Members of the Boys and Girls Varsity and JV Basketball teams gathered in the Café in the new wing of Flatbush’s Joel Braverman High School Thursday afternoon (5/2) to make an assist – but this time it was not of the basketball kind. They all came together for the school’s Cooking for a Cause program, helping make sure the needy of the community do not go hungry.

The Flatbush Girls Varsity Hockey Team dropped another contest Thursday night (5/2), falling by a final score of 12-2 to the perennial League power Kushner Cobras at Brooklyn, NY’s Aux Nest. But, that only tells part of the story as the Falcons battled the New Jersey squad from start to finish with a depleted squad and saw many of the younger players earn quality minutes that will certainly serve the team well in the future.

The Flatbush Varsity Baseball Team came out of the batters box swinging on Thursday evening (5/2), showing little rust after a month-long lay off and topped the visiting North Shore Stars by a score of 8-1 at Comer Field in Brooklyn, NY.

A blast from the wing with 30 seconds to play lifted the Flatbush Boys Varsity Soccer team to an 8-7 victory over the Ramaz Rams on Tuesday night (4/30), securing a playoff berth for the Falcons in the nightcap of a JV/Varsity doubleheader that saw the JV Falcons drop a tough 6-3 contest to the rival Magen David Warriors in the evening’s opener at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV Flag Football Team saw its hopes for completing an undefeated season with a win in the championship game dashed as the Falcons came up short in the final game of the 2019 season, losing for the first time all season long in the Championship game of the Mesivta Football League to the MAY Eagles by a final score of 25-6 on the Turf Field at Lawrence High School in Cedarhurst, NY.

The Flatbush JV Boys Softball Team looked solid from the start and rode an early 3-run lead to a 12-8 victory over crosstown rival Magen David Yeshivah on Tuesday afternoon (4/9) at the McDonald Avenue Playground in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Boys Volleyball Team closed out the home portion of their 2019 schedule with a win over a very tough HAFTR squad on Monday night (4/8), needing four sets to put away the Hawks - including two that were decided in extra points - winning by a score of 3-1 at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Girls Tennis Team rebounded from their season-opening tie-break loss with a resounding win on Sunday night (4/7), routing rival Magen David in straight sets, 5-0, at the MatchPoint NYC Shell Road facility in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Girls and Boys Track Teams got the Spring 2019 season underway with meets on back-to-back Sundays (3/31 & 4/7), and a number of Falcons showed much promise with strong finishes in multiple events first at Kaiser Park in Coney Island on the last Sunday in March and then at Boverini Stadium in Passaic, NJ on the first Sunday in April.

The Flatbush Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Tennis Teams played a dual match Wednesday night (4/3) against North Shore, and the boys came away with their second consecutive win of the season by a score of 4-1 while the girls fell in a tiebreaker in the deciding set to lose by a score of 3-2 at Alley Pond Tennis Center in Queens, NY

Michael Dayan drove in four runs and Morris Esquenazi pitched a gem giving up one solitary run on the day as the Boys Varsity Softball Team won their season opener on Tuesday afternoon (4/2) in dominating fashion, topping the rival Magen David Warriors 14-1 at McDonald Avenue Park in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Girls JV & Varsity Teams played a doubleheader on Tuesday night (4/2) with both squads playing high quality ball, but the teams came away with differing results as the JV’s won their first game of the season defeating the Bruriah Lightning 6-5 while the Varsity battled to a 9-2 loss at the hands of the Ramaz Rams at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush 8th Grade Boys and Girls Basketball Teams brought their 2018-19 season to an official close with their annual end-of-season outing to see the Brooklyn Nets, the borough's only big-time professional sports franchise, on Monday night (4/1) at Brooklyn's own Barclays Center.

With unseasonably cool, wet and windy weather conditions virtually grounding the offense, the Flatbush JV Boys Flag Football team looked to its defense to step up, and they provided all the points the Falcons would need late Sunday afternoon (3/31), as the Boys from Brooklyn defeated Long Island’s Rambam Ravens by the uncharacteristically low score of 2-0, securing a spot in the MFL Championships on the turf field at Lawrence High School in Cedarhurst, New York.

The Flatbush Middle Division Boys Soccer Team controlled the ball for most of the game on Thursday night (3/28), but the greater number of goals was recorded by the visiting Barkai Suns, and the Falcons fell by a final score of 6-4 to their crosstown rivals at the YoF Elementary School Gym in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Boys Indoor Soccer Team was outscored 4-1 in the pivotal second quarter, and the Falcons could not overcome the deficit, dropping a 12-9 decision to the visiting Heschel Heat on Wednesday night (3/27) at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Girls JV and Varsity Soccer Teams played back-to-back doubleheaders on Monday (3/25) and Tuesday (3/26) nights, to differing results. The JV dropped both games, losing by a wide margin on Monday at SAR but coming back with a much inspired performance Tuesday against Central at home. Meanwhile, the Varsity pulled out a gritty 7-6 road win over the SAR Sting in Riverdale then followed it up with a very tough loss Tuesday night by a score of 9-4 to the Central Wildcats at the Falcons nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Middle Division Soccer Team played their third game of the season on Tuesday night (3/26), and though they came up on the short end of a 7-4 final score, the Falcons held a lead for the first time all season, and only a late comeback from the North Shore Stars tipped the scales in favor of the visitors from Long Island at the YoF Elementary School Gym in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Girls Varsity Hockey Team continued to show improvement, but the end result on Monday night (3/25) was another tough loss, this time at the hands of the Ma’ayanot Rapids, as the visitors topped the Falcons by a score of 7-1 at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Baseball Team got the 2019 campaign off to a very positive start on a chilly and rainy Monday night (3/25), as the Falcons rode a fantastic pitching performance to a season opening win over the HAFTR Hawks by a score of 5–4 at Comer Field in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Boys Varsity Tennis Team got the 2019 campaign off to a flying start on Sunday night (3/24), taking every set of the season opening match for a 5-0 win over the YDE Thunder at MatchPoint – Mill Basin in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV Flag Football Team came from behind for the third straight game, this time topping the Mesivta Ateres Yaakov Eagles on Sunday afternoon (3/24) by a score of 21-18 on the Turf Field at Lawrence HS in Cedarhurst, NY, completing an undefeated regular season and securing the top seed in the MFL Playoffs.

The Flatbush Boys Varsity Soccer Team recorded its biggest win of the season - and arguably in the team's history - on Tuesday night (3/19) exacting a modicum of revenge for the loss earlier in the season by stunning the MTA Lions with golden goal in the overtime period for the 11-10 win at the upper Manhattan school in New York City.

The Flatbush Boys Varsity Volleyball Team made it two in a row on Monday night (3/18) scoring another straight sets win, this time over the visiting Kushner Cobras at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Middle Division Boys Soccer Team was victimized by a very slow start on Sunday morning (3/17), and though they picked up he play in the second half, the deficit was just too great, and the Falcons dropped the second meeting with the Magen David Warriors by a score of 8-3 at the YoF Elementary School Gym in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV Boys Flag Football Team rolled up its 6th straight win on Sunday afternoon (3/17), turning in their best scoring output of the season in a 20-6 rout of the Rambam Ravens on the Turf Field at Lawrence HS in Cedarhurst, NY.

Trailing by 11 with about three minutes left, the Flatbush 7th Grade Girls basketball Team mounted a near-epic comeback, but it fell one possession short as the Falcons fell to the HAFTR Hawks in the MJSDBL Championship game on Thursday night (3/14) at the Magen David Elementary School on McDonald Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Girls Hockey Team opened the 2019 season on Wednesday night with a real thriller, taking the early lead, but the visiting Central Wildcats came back and eventually won the game by a score of 7-3 at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV Boys Soccer Team played with high energy in their home opener Tuesday night (3/12), but it was not nearly enough to carry the day as they fell by a wide margin to the Frisch Cougars, one of the MYHSAL powerhouse teams from the Western Division, at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Boys Basketball coaching staff took advantage of a unique opportunity on Monday night (3/11), as the JV Boys Basketball team opened a week of play in the 2019 Emunah/Rubenstein JV Boys Basketball Tournament, mixing together the Falcon 9th and 8th Grade basketball players to represent Flatbush in the event. The team dropped the tournament opener to the SAR Sting, 51-36, at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY, but the group will play two more times in preliminary round contests before all the teams gather on “Playoff Sunday” at SAR and it will serve to give the coaches and the players ample time to see what the future holds for Flatbush Basketball.

The Flatbush Boys Varsity Volleyball team started out slowly then steamrolled their way to a straight sets season-opening victory on Thursday night (3/7), defeating the crosstown rival Magen David Warriors 3-0 at home in the Aux nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Boys Varsity Indoor Soccer Team dropped their home opener on Thursday night (3/7) when the MTA Lions withstood a third-quarter push by the host Falcons that closed the deficit to two points before regaining control to top Flatbush by a final score of 10-5 at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Middle Division Boys Soccer Team blew open a 2-2 game with 4 straight goals to start the second half as they pulled away from the visiting Magen David Warriors en route to a 7-5 season-opening victory on Thursday night (3/7) at the YoF Elementary School Gym in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Girls JV Soccer team opened the season with a tall order on Wednesday night (3/6), hosting the powerful Ma’ayanot Rapids, and though the Falcons got a flurry of late goals, the hosts dropped the opener by a final score of 12-3 to their New Jersey opponents at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV Football Team recorded their third shutout of the season on Sunday afternoon (3/3), and the team stayed perfect on the season at 4-0 with a 12-0 win over Mesivta Shaare Pruzdor on the Turf Field at Lawrence High School in Cedarhurst, NY.

The Flatbush Girls Varsity Basketball Team had a meaningful Saturday (3/2) morning and afternoon in Shabbat activities with their fellow RASG Shabbaton participants, then completed tournament play on the court where a late 4th Quarter rally fell short as the Falcons season came to a close in a loss to the Goldie Margolin School for Girls Maccabees (Memphis, TN), 44-34, at the Miami Beach JCC finishing the RASG Hebrew Academy Tournament in 8th Place overall, but departing Miami Beach having forged strong bonds with teammates and fellow tournament participants that will surely last a lifetime!

Erev Shabbat (3/1) was filled with basketball, defensive basketball at least, for the Flatbush Girls Varsity as the Playoffs got underway at the RASG Girls Basketball Tournament and Shabbaton with the Falcons earning their first win of the event defeating the Atlanta Jewish Academy Jaguars (Atlanta, GA) in a preliminary round game. But, they were unable to turn that momentum into a second consecutive win as they fell to a very strong Shalhevet Firehawks (Los Angeles, CA) squad later in the early afternoon in the quarterfinal round at the Hebrew Academy Gym in Miami Beach, Florida.

Enjoying everything that South Florida has to offer, the Flatbush Girls Varsity Basketball Team took in the sun, the sand, the sport and the racing on a sunny Thursday (2/28) that saw the Falcons play an amazing half of basketball only to fall in the second half to the Ida Crown Aces (Chicago, IL) in the second preliminary game of the RASG Hebrew Academy Tournament and Shabbaton in Miami Beach, Florida.

The Flatbush Girls Varsity Basketball Team made the journey southward on Wednesday morning (2/27) making the school’s third appearance at the annual Girls Basketball Tournament and Shabbaton hosted by the Rabbi Alexander S. Gross Hebrew Academy, and after settling in to the warm South Florida climate, the Falcons heated things up on the court, turning in one of their most complete performances of the season, just falling short in the end to a tough YULA Panthers (Los Angeles, CA) squad at the Miami Beach JCC in Miami Beach, Florida.

A rabid crowd of Flatbush Falcons supporters arrived early and filled the Falcons Nest on Wednesday night (2/27) in anticipation of big time MYHSAL playoff action, and the host Varsity Boys Basketball team was flying high on that energy, but a late game really from the Heschel Heat turned it all sour for Flatbush as the Heat came back to upset the favored Falcons by a score of 50-42 to advance to the semifinals at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

On an unseasonably warmish February Sunday afternoon (2/24), the Flatbush JV Football team rode its defense to a 7-6 win over powerful Yeshiva Darchei Torah on the turf field at Lawrence HS to run their record to 3-0 on the season in Cedarhurst, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Girls Soccer Team put a scare into traditional power SAR in their season opener Thursday night (2/21), but the valiant effort came up a little short as the Falcons fell to the Sting by a score of 5-3 at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV Girls Volleyball team put a scare into the top-seeded Ma’ayanot Rapids on Tuesday night (2/19), taking the first set in the MYHSAL Semifinal contest, but the Rapids came back to take the final two sets to advance to the MYHSAL finals by a score of 2 sets to 1 on the road in Teaneck, NJ.

On Thursday afternoon (2/14), the Senior class of the Yeshivah of Flatbush gathered in the new Bet Midrash for a very special and rather unique guest speaker. Addressing the class was Beatie Deutsch. What makes her different is not that she is a world-class runner, nor that she is a mother of five, nor that she is Israeli, and nor that she is a Torah-Observant Modern Orthodox Jew. What makes her different is that she is ALL of these things, and more! She is an inspiration, and she joined the students to share her experience and some life lessons she has herself learned during her journey to prominence on a very public stage.

The Flatbush and Varsity Boys Basketball Teams turned fourth quarter deficits into a pair of comeback wins on the road Monday night (2/4) and secured MYHSAL playoff berths by seeping the Shaare Torah Stars on their own court in the basement of the Coney Island Avenue school in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush JV Boys Basketball team showed the rust of a near month-long layoff from head-to-head competition on Thursday night (1/31/19), but shook it off by the end of the game to prevail in a close contest with the Heschel Heat by the score of 51-50 at the Falcons Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Boys 8th Grade Basketball Team was clicking on all cylinders in the opening half on Wednesday night (1/9), and despite hitting a small speed bump in the 3rd quarter, cruised to a comfortable victory on the road over Mill Basin Yeshiva Academy in the Mill Basin section of Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Flag Football Team extended its season on Sunday afternoon (12/30) with a quarterfinal win then saw it come to an abrupt end three hours later with a loss in the semifinals of the Mesivta Football League Playoffs on the turf field at Lawrence HS in Cedarhurst, NY.

The Flatbush Boys Middle Division Hockey team joined with rival opponent Magen David on Saturday night (12/29) with the idea of using their final match up of the regular season to do more than just play hockey. The squads used the opportunity to raise both awareness and funds for a community chesed project, and in the process entertained a packed house to an end-to-end hockey game, which was won by the host Falcons at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Wrestling Team held a home match for the first time ever on Wednesday night (12/26), hosting MTA in a friendly dual meet. The visiting Lions topped the Falcons, but was most significant was that the contest was held in the home of the Falcons, at the Aux Nest in Brooklyn, NY.

The Flatbush Varsity Dance Team returned to the pinnacle of the yeshiva girls dance world on Saturday night (12/15), riding a spirited and flowing high-energy performance to victory at the 9th Annual Rikudiah hosted by Kushner Yeshiva HS in Livingston, NJ.
