Ms. Mottahedeh
Ms. Mottahedeh is thrilled to begin as the new Director of College Guidance at YOF! Born and raised in New York, Ms. Mottahedeh graduated from Hunter College with a degree in Media Studies and English before attending Long Island University for her Master's degree in Special Education. She spent the last ten years as a teacher and college advisor at Millennium Brooklyn High School. Outside of school, Ms. Mottahedeh runs a non-profit organization dedicated to using music and the arts to improve and empower the lives of people with serious illnesses and spends her free time traveling around the world and hugging her nieces and nephews.

Ms. DePalo
Ms. DePalo is starting her first year as a College Guidance Counselor at YOF. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a School Counselor at a private high school and as an Academic Counselor at both the University of Connecticut and St. Francis College. Ms. DePalo holds her Master's Degree in School and MentaI Health Counseling from Fordham University. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, reading, exercising or watching the newest mystery on Netflix!

Mrs. Dressler
Mrs. Dressler can't wait to begin her fifth year as a College Guidance Counselor this FaII! Mrs. Dressler holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Economics from Lafayette College and a graduate degree in Higher Education Administration from Marywood University. Before joining the team at YOF, Mrs. Dressler worked in Undergraduate Admissions at both Pace University and Marywood University. She loves spending time with her family, baking, sewing and reading. When she's not in school, you can probably find her planning her next trip to Walt Disney World, or cheering for the Yankees, Nets and Eagles.

Ms. Hall is delighted to join the YOF community as a College Guidance Counselor!
A native of South Carolina, she graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Studio Art before receiving her Master's in Liberal Arts from
Georgetown University. For fun, Ms. Hall enjoys traveling, searching for the
elusive perfect cup of coffee in Brooklyn, and hopes to begin training for the New York City Marathon, her first!

Ms. Lefkowitz is so excited to be a part of the YOF community as a College Guidance Counselor! Born and raised in Edgemont, New York, Ms. Lefkowitz attended Solomon Schechter from K-12 and is thrilled to be back in the day school environment. She attended Lehigh University for her undergraduate degree and NYU Steinhardt for her graduate degree in School Counseling and Guidance. She currently lives in Manhattan and loves going out to eat meals with friends, finding NYC's best pickles, and binge watching Netflix shows

Mrs. Kuznicki
Mrs. Kuznicki is thrilled to start her 16th year as the College Guidance Office Administrator! She holds a Master's Degree in Special Education from Touro College. When she isn't working, Mrs. Kuznicki is kept very busy with her family of 7. She is a voracious reader and especially enjoys reading anything written by Stephen King. Mrs. Kuznicki loves spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and traveling whenever possible. She also loves scary movies - the gorier the better!
