Meet The Team

carol  Ms. Caroll Dweck-Sutton, LMHC is a licensed Career Counselor and proud alumna of the Yeshivah of Flatbush (ES ‘08, HS ‘12). Learning from her mentor, Ms. Shifra Hanon, Caroll and the Pathfinders team help students gain self-awareness, discover their strengths and proclivities, and learn about the wide array of opportunities that are available to them during high school and beyond. As a former member of SGO, captain of the volleyball, soccer, Model UN, and Model Congress teams, and salutatorian of the high school, Caroll knows that the best way to develop as a person is to take advantage of the many opportunities at YOFHS.  After Flatbush, Caroll went on to graduate as Salutatorian of the Macaulay Honors college at Hunter CUNY. She holds two masters degrees from Teacher’s College, Columbia University in Mental Health Counseling and Psychological Education. She also serves on the boards of many community initiatives and is the current director of the Young Professionals Board The PROPEL Network. In her free time, Caroll loves to travel, ski, and play sports.

After graduating from the Yeshivah of Flatbush, Paulina Azrak (ES ‘08, HS ‘12) attended Marymount Manhattan College and graduated with a degree in business marketing and a minor in photography. Paulina worked in a variety of different fields including; fashion, sales, media, health care, digital marketing, education and networking. Beginning in 2014 Paulina started working in the Pathfinders Department helping to digitize and updating the processes. After a hiatus Paulina rejoined the team in 2021 and has been enjoying networking, marketing as well thinking outside the box on our team. During her free time, Paulina loves being a mom, cooking, volunteering, traveling, the arts, and exploring new things.  

anteby Doris Anteby is a graduate of Yeshivah of Flatbush (ES ‘97 HS ‘01) and of NYU (‘05). While studying media and communication in college, she did a wide variety of internships, which led her to start her career in advertising, then fashion, and eventually pivoting to the field of college guidance and career guidance as her family grew. After a chance meeting in 2013 with Mrs. Shifra Hanon, she started working in the Pathfinders Department helping students find internships and opportunities. Doris has been working in the Pathfinders department for the past 10 years helping the department grow and learning from Mrs. Hanon, her mentor. She has four children all in Yeshivah of Flatbush and enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, playing tennis, and living in NYC.

After graduating from the Yeshivah of Flatbush, Emily Anteby (ES ‘09, HS ‘13) attended CUNY Brooklyn College and graduated with a degree in business administration and marketing. She worked in accounting and as a special events coordinator for many years before joining our team in 2021, bringing her knowledge of professionalism, marketing, social skills and love for our Yeshivah to our department. During her free time, Emily enjoys collecting Harry Potter memorabilia, traveling, going to museums and adventures with her husband and 2 children.
