Ms. Skydell just finished her first year at YOF, where she has been working with our team to elevate our program and build on our strengths. Before that, she served as the Early Childhood Director at Manhattan Day School, with prior service as Early Childhood Director at RYNJ in Teaneck. Mrs. Skydell is a licensed clinical social worker and a passionate believer in Jewish education and the intrinsic value of every student in our care.

Ms. Weinberger has 25 years of experience working at YOF, where she strives to reach the whole child,to help ensure success in social emotional, behavioral and academic areas. She manages the in take interviews for all prospective Atideinustudents which gives her the unique opportunity to meet many of our students even before they become part of our Flatbush Family.

Ms. Silverstein has been part of the Yeshivah of Flatbush EarlyChildhood for over 20 years, andhas taught in Atideinu, Nurseryand Kindergarten. She is trained as both a Fundations Facilitator and aJNTP mentor, both of which allow her to provide needed support toteachers

Ms. Gratzman has 28 years of educational experience and23 years of dedication to our Yeshivah. She provides childrenAhavat HaTorah, Ahavat Eretz Yisrael and Ahavat K’lal Yisrael.She is most passionate about our students’ embodiment of the Flatbush Five middot. Ms. Gratzman is also the LashonCoordinator and Curriculum Supervisor

Rabbi Saltzman has over 27 years of experience in education. He served as principal of MaimonidesElementary School in Brookline, Massachusetts for 12years. At Flatbush, he spearheaded an initiative for teachers to write objectives based on learning standards that are observable and measurable. He was involved in the design and implementation of the standards-based report cards.

Dr. Mayer has 15 years of experience in education, including ten years teaching English at Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School. She has also led PLCs and chaired the Blumenthal Scholars Program for three years.

Rabbi Berkowitz leads the Middle School team with a focus on the vision and oversight of the academic program in both content and pedagogy. He brings a tremendous aptitude for professional development, teacher support and academic vision. Previously, Rabbi Berkowitz worked as AssistantEducational Director at Fuchs Mizrachi in Ohio. Later, he became Headmaster at Ramaz Lower School, a position he held for 12 years. His most recent position was Principal of MagenDavid Yeshivah Elementary School from 2013-2021

Rabbi Kupchik was most recently the Menahel/Principal of the Fasman Yeshiva High School in Skokie, Illinois. Before that,he served as a teacher and Menahel of HAFTR Middle School,where he supervised the Judaic program and worked closely with the general studies administration and staff. He also previously held administrative and teaching positions at YeshivaHar Torah and Yavneh Academy
