Rosh Hahanah Message from Rabbi Rothman

A Rosh Hashanah Message from YOF Executive Director Rabbi Dr. Jeffrey Rothman
Dear Flatbush Family,

After the last six very strange months, Rosh Hashanah is upon us! We are all looking forward to a new year, one that will hopefully bring more good health, improved and blessed parnasa, and all the brachot we all yearn for.

At this time of the year, I reflect on both a personal and communal level. I am honored to have the privilege to be part of the leadership of the Yeshivah of Flatbush each and every day. I have the privilege of partnering with our parents, administration, faculty and staff in ensuring that your children receive the best educational experience possible. This year in particular, so much work has been invested by all of our staff to open school in person as safely as possible. This year in particular the financial investment of our parents to ensure that their children receive the best possible education is not taken for granted. Thank you for partnering with us, for entrusting your children to us, and for being part of our YOF family.

May Hashem answer all our tefillot favorably, and bless us all with good health, personal fulfillment and serenity. May our families continue to flourish and grow as Hashem guides us through the coming year's opportunities and challenges, many of which we cannot anticipate. May this be a year of shalom and tranquility in Israel and throughout the world.

As always, if I can be of assistance in your family's Flatbush experience, please do not hesitate to reach out to me at

Best wishes for a wonderful school year, a כתיבה וחתימה טובה and
!תזכו לשנים רבות נעימות וטובות
