This week JBHS students participated in an amazing Cooking for a Cause event dedicated in memory of Jaclyn Ashear A"H. The evening's sponsors were Beatrice Sutton (mother of Moe), Adelle Dweck (mother of Ruth), Julie Ebani (mother of Marvin), Liza Ashear (mother of Marcy), Maya Mugrabi (mother of Stephanie), and Jamie Bailey (mother of Sophie). Students made spinach tarts, calzones, black bean empanadas, knishes and stuffed shells for the needy.
