On Tuesday, our third graders competed in the annual Chidon Berachot organized by Mrs. Leah Fink. The third graders have been preparing with their teachers, memorizing the names of different foods in Hebrew with the correct beracha rishona and beracha achrona. Kol ha kavod to all who participated. We are proud of all of our third grade students for their hard work in learning the correct berachot. Congratulations to our winners: First place - Moshe Hamway and Simcha Mishaan; Second place - Esther Cohen; and Third place - Yosef Sasson.

On Wednesday, the 4th grade had its annual Chidon Berachot organized by Mrs. Ruthie Zimmet. After weeks of intense preparation both at home and in school, we are proud that our students have mastered their berachot. Kudos to our 12 contestants who represented their classmates in the berachot bee. The event began with a magnificent Powerpoint created by our computer teacher, Mrs. Adina Zeidel. Additionally, the students were treated to snacks over which they said the berachot out loud. Congratulations to our winners: First Place - Rachel Oved; Second Place - Yoffie Mugrabi; and Third Place - Mordechai Alman.
