A list of approved calculators can be found here:
Approved Calculators on the PSAT/NMSQT *There are two math sections. Calculators are permitted on one of them.

The PSAT, which is produced by the College Board, tests the same skills and knowledge as the actual SAT. It is an important test that provides many benefits that can help students along their path to college. The PSAT is great practice for the SAT exam. Within two months of taking the exam, students will get personalized score reports and feedback from the College Board on their performance to help identify areas of improvement.

Students who have previously been approved for accommodations by the College Board will receive an additional email from Ms. Beyda, discussing important information about the accommodations for the test.

Practice Questions can be found at: PSAT/NMSQT Practice | The College Board or a paper copy of the Student Bulletin can be picked up from the College Guidance Office.

Your student’s Score Report for the PSAT will be available early this winter by accessing their College Board student account. An email will be sent when the scores are available.

We wish you the best of luck on the PSAT exam and we look forward to continuing to work with you as you embark on the college application process. We welcome you to contact Mrs. Dressler at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.

SAVE THE DATE! Tuesday, December 21st is Sophomore College Night, where we will provide information to help each student and family forge a path through the rest of high school to prepare you for life after Flatbush. We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,
Mrs. Maria Dressler
