"Talent" is defined as "a special natural ability or aptitude, a capacity for achievement or success, a group of persons with special ability". On May 23rd, all of these attributes were on display as part of the Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School's successful "Evening of the Arts".
The night showcased the amazing talent of our Flatbush students--and their talented arts faculty. This special event encompassed the full array of the Arts Department. The Commons displayed a gallery of graphic design, jewelry, architecture, photography, and several walls of thought-provoking paintings. The Laniado Auxiliary Gym showcased a night of wonderful drama and music (both vocal and instrumental) performed by students and arts teachers alike. This unique evening is a highlight of the YOF calendar, and is part of what makes this school so special. A standing room crowd loved every minute of it.
