11th Adult Chesed Mission Participates in An Unforgettable Week of Chesed

Our 11th Annual Adult Chesed Mission to Israel traveled to Israel this past week for a full program of Chesed activities!

Participants visited children’s centers, hospitals, army bases and more. They also visited the site of Ari Fuld’s A"H last moments, while they were joined by his wife, parents, and children. Steven Gar took the participants to the Gush to show them Operation My Brother's Keeper, which is organized by Eddie and Lori Mizrachi in conjunction with the IDF to protect the Land of Israel from agricultural terrorism. The Adult Chesed Mission also donated a Sefer Torah to Yeshivat Mekor Chaim in Gush Etzion and had a celebration. The Torah was donated in honor of Rabbi and Mrs. Naftali Besser and in memory of the three boys who were kidnapped in 2014: Gilad Shaar, Eyal Yifrach and Naftali Fraenkel. The project was a dream turned to reality spearheaded by Elliot and Jennifer Tawil. The celebration included the boys from the Yeshivah, the families of the three boys, and the entire chesed mission with a musical performance led by Yaakov Shwekey! It was an incredible evening!
