This week, Ms. Schonfeld's 4th grade students celebrated the culmination of their research projects of famous U.S. landmarks. The students used two different approaches to writing - “Writer's Workshop” and “Writing Revolution” - to research and analyze information for their projects. In addition, students created digital magazines using a "National Geographic" theme and took virtual tours of their landmarks through Google Earth on Chromebooks. To help further showcase and enhance their work, they created models and videos featuring their landmarks.
