On Wednesday, 35 High School and Middle Division students enjoyed lunch and lively discussions for the spring semester session of the Partners in Reading Book Club. Students read Gordon Korman’s "Restart," a novel about a bully who gets amnesia and must "restart" his life. Over pizza, students got to know one another and discussed the book's plot and themes guided by questions posed by High School leaders. Afterwards, the students had an activity in which they wrote an epilogue to the story.
The Book Club is coached by ES General Studies Librarian Leah Bennett and JBHS Librarians Rachail Kurtz and Brian Katz.
