This week, we kicked off our first Lishmah Learning Program! 52 eighth grade students joined our high school students in the new BenHaim Bet Midrash for a night of learning. Rabbi Avi Harari opened the evening. The students then joined chaburot led by JBHS rabbanim and teachers to learn the laws of Purim. A delicious mazza dinner was included in the evening. The program was a success and the students look forward to learning more together in the future.
We thank the JBHS and Elementary School principals for supporting the Lishmah program. We also thank Mr. Avi Smus, Mrs. Amy Sasson, Mrs. Nicole Oved and Mrs. Rena Ashear for organizing the event.
